Cancellation and prepay policies

  • Visitors can cancel free of charge up to 5 days prior to arrival.
    The visitor will be charged the total price if canceled within 5 days prior to arrival.
    If the visitor does not appear, the total price will be charged.
    The visitor will have to prepay the total price within 5 days prior to arrival.OCEANIS HOTEL can pre-authorize your credit card from the moment of your reservation and in case of non-approval to ask for new credit card details.

    If no new credit card information is sent, the reservation will be canceled.

    Only credit cards accepted.

    Breakfast is optional and costs 5 euros per person.
